A day that ends where our story begins.
We travel to Tindari, an ancient settlement on a cliff above the Tyrrhenian coast, home to the Sanctuary of the Black Madonna and sweeping views over the Marinello lagoons — on clear days, the Aeolian Islands too.
From there we come home, to Messina — the city behind the name Zancle. Its cathedral, astronomical clock and waterfront views round out the day.
This route pairs one of the north coast's most striking viewpoints with the highlights of our home city.
