1. The service

2. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only after availability, date, itinerary, pickup details, vehicle, final price and any other arrangements have been confirmed directly by email, WhatsApp or phone.

No online payment is currently collected through this website unless separately agreed.

3. Prices

• Prices shown on the website are starting rates or estimates and may vary depending on pickup location, group size, vehicle availability, itinerary and special requirements.
• The final price is confirmed directly before the booking is accepted.
• Entrance fees, meals, wine tastings, boat tours, local guides or other extras are not included unless clearly stated in the confirmed arrangement.
• Prices calculated by the website are estimates based on the selections made in the booking interface and are not a substitute for the final confirmed quotation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the service, date and specific arrangements. Any applicable cancellation terms should be communicated directly before confirmation.

5. Shore excursions

For cruise passengers, itineraries are planned with the ship's schedule in mind and reasonable efforts are made to return guests to the port with appropriate time. Return times cannot be absolutely guaranteed in the event of traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, ship schedule changes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Responsibility

Guests are responsible for following safety instructions and for choosing activities suitable for their own circumstances. Zancle Sicily Tour is not responsible for delays, closures, weather conditions, traffic, personal items, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control, subject always to rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes to itineraries

Itineraries may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, traffic, closures, timing, safety reasons, volcanic conditions or other local circumstances. Changes are made with the aim of providing a safe and practical experience within the available time.

8. Governing law

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Italian law. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
